We always rejoice when our clients do well and we are especially pleased at the success that Bread is rightfully enjoying. bread is quickly becoming the premier meeting place in Temple Fortune. Situated at the crossroads between Hampstead Garden Suburb and Finchley road it attracts a lively mix of clientele who are drawn by the ambience and the sumptuous variety of freshly prepared wholesome and tasty dishes. The ready to eat “choose it yourself” display that runs along the width of the store is always laden with food and pastries. The coffee machine is churning out lattes for the long line of patrons.
The owners of poplar Hendon Bagel and Orli Chain purchased the former Matok bakery site. Matok was not really attracting the right clientele and definitely not turning a profit. They wanted a new look brand that represented a cafe ,restaurant and bakery. It had to be “with-it” as well as inviting, appealing and warm, to match the proprietors own friendly personalities.
We came up with a pared-back look with an artisan feel. We also advised on the name. We toyed with a few names and settled on the unusual sounding “Bread”.
We created the logo in a few formats for labels, uniforms and signage. The logo style was designed to be used as a brand for future branches that would open.
VMAL advised on the name, logo, branding, Shop signage, and web design. We also created, labels, loyalty cards, menu design and advertisements.
